Terms of Service
 


Welcome to R.E.M.I. Media Ventures! By accessing or using the services provided by our company, including but not limited to, Big Indy Inc. The Indyverse metaverse, REMI Ventures projects, BAZZLE on-demand load board, City Buzz Shopping Network, Leap Q Blockchain Network, Land Grab Real Estate Network, and REMI Marketing, you agree to the following terms of service (TOS). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
 

  1. Eligibility.
    Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this TOS and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this TOS.
  2. User Content.
    The services may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the services.
  3. User Conduct.
    You understand that all User Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such User Content originated. This means that you, and not R.E.M.I. Media Ventures, are entirely responsible for all User Content that you make available through the services. You agree not to use the services to upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available any content that:
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Is harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive.
  • Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights.
    The services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by R.E.M.I. Media Ventures, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These terms permit you to use the services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You hereby acknowledge that your use of the services shall be in compliance with all applicable laws.
  2. Limitation of Liability.
    You expressly understand and agree that R.E.M.I. Media Ventures, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if R.E.M.I. Media Ventures has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from:
  • The use or the inability to use the services.
  • The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the services.
    Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
    Statements or conduct of any third party on the services.
    Or any other matter relating to the services.
     


Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R.E.M.I. Media Ventures, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, assigns, content providers, and other authorized users, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these TOS by you.
 


Termination.
R.E.M.I. Media Ventures reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these TOS.
 


Governing Law.
These TOS and the use of the services are governed under the laws of the United States.
 


Changes to TOS.
R.E.M.I. Media Ventures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the TOS at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By accessing or using the Bigindy.net Social Media Network, you agree to be bound by the following additional terms:
 

  1. User Content.
    You understand that by using the Bigindy.net Social Media Network, you may be exposed to User Content from a variety of sources, and that R.E.M.I. Media Ventures is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against R.E.M.I. Media Ventures with respect thereto.
  2. Proprietary Rights.
    You acknowledge and agree that the Bigindy.net Social Media Network contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by R.E.M.I. Media Ventures, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Bigindy.net Social Media Network, in whole or in part.
  3. User Conduct.
    You agree not to use the Bigindy.net Social Media Network to upload, post, transmit, share, store, or otherwise make available any content that:


Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
Is harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive.
Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
